Is Axyom free?
Yes. Axyom is free to download and use. There is no subscription, no paywall, and no ads. We may add a paid layer for advanced coaching in the future, but the core Pause method will always be free.
Do I need to connect my bank account?
No. Axyom never asks for a bank login or card details. You log your own urges, and the math runs on your device. This is a deliberate choice. Most overspending happens in the moment, not in a chart of last month's transactions.
What happens when I open one of my chosen apps?
Axyom appears before the app does. You get a calm breathing pause of up to sixty seconds, and you can decide sooner. Then you choose: walk away, plan it, or buy now. All three are real choices, and the moment is recorded in your Journal.
Can I start over?
Yes. Open Profile → Reset App to clear your Journal and begin fresh. Your Screen Time access and chosen apps stay set up, so the Pause Layer keeps working.
Where is my data stored?
Your Journal, every pause and decision, lives on your device. Axyom keeps only pseudonymous usage records tied to a random install identifier, never your name. Apple keeps your chosen apps private, so we can never see which apps you selected. See the Privacy Policy for the full breakdown.
How do I delete my data?
Open Profile → Reset App on your device. That clears every pause and decision, and asks our server to delete the pseudonymous usage records tied to your install. For anything else, email privacy@axyom.app and we'll delete it within 30 days.
I have a feature request or found a bug. What should I do?
Please email support@axyom.app. We read every message and reply within a couple of business days. If it's a bug, include your iOS version and a short description of what you were doing.
Is Axyom financial advice?
No. Everything Axyom shows you is educational and is not financial, investment, tax, legal, or medical advice.
